In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement on our website if submitted to our designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on ashleighwarren.org infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request be removed or disabled, including a description of where it is located on our website (please provide URLs if possible).
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts as an electronic signature).

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the person who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it
Terminate repeat infringers' access to our services
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing the following information:
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of California if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts as an electronic signature).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the person who filed the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notice within 10-14 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may restore the removed material.
Misrepresentations
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
We suggest consulting with a legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
